By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted our policies.

Cancellation / order adjustment

Email info@torvollc.com to cancel or adjust your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may be unable to accept the request because your order may have entered the production phase — this is especially true for personalized items, which are made specifically for you.

If your request is eligible for a refund, we issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns after delivery

To return an item after it has arrived, see our Return & Refund Policy — eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
