These Terms govern your use of the Torvo store and your purchases from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

Eligibility — You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products & personalization — Our products are handcrafted and made to order. Because they are made from natural materials, colours, grain and finishes may vary slightly from images. For personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit (spelling, names, dates, and text); we produce items exactly as entered and cannot refund personalization errors made at checkout.
Pricing & payment — All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to refuse or cancel any order affected by such an error, even after an order is submitted. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Order acceptance — Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or errors). If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns & refunds — Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy; order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Each is incorporated into these Terms. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property — All content on this store — including designs, images, logos, and text — is the property of Torvo LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.
Customer content & personalization — You represent that any name, text, image, or content you submit for personalization does not infringe any third party's trademark, copyright, or other rights, and is not unlawful or offensive. We reserve the right to decline any personalization request that may infringe rights or violate our policies. You agree to indemnify Torvo LLC against claims arising from content you submit.
Acceptable use — You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Disclaimers — Our store and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torvo LLC and its owners and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification — You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Torvo LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your submitted content.
Governing law — These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
