Shipping policy
Torvo pieces are handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam. Country of origin: Vietnam.
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking numbers are not assigned at the time of order. If your order has passed the estimated ship date and you have no tracking, email info@torvollc.com.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Processing time
Every Torvo piece is handcrafted and personalized to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. For personalized orders we may email to confirm your details before production begins — please reply promptly so we can keep your order on schedule.

Typical total time from order to delivery is 13–27 business days to the United States and 13–32 business days to other destinations. During peak season (November–December), please allow an additional 7–10 business days.
We do not currently ship outside the regions listed above.
We prepare and ship orders on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Production and shipping are two separate processes.
Customs and duties
Orders are shipped from Vietnam. Any import duties, taxes, VAT or customs handling fees are determined by the destination country's authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are collected by the carrier before delivery.
Incorrect addresses, lost or delayed packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply). If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check with neighbours and your local carrier, then contact info@torvollc.com.
