Albatross Golf Display — a personalized 3D map of the hole he played, engraved with his name and the details of the shot.

He has told this story at three dinners now. The hole, the club that was in his hand, where the ball finished. It is the one round he can still describe shot by shot.

This display puts that round on the wall. The green shape you see is the actual hole from the course he names — cut in layered wood, raised off the backing. His name is engraved along the bottom. A small wooden cradle sits in the corner, sized for the ball he kept.

You do not need to know anything about golf to order this. You send us the course name, the hole number and the date. We build the layout, and you see a proof by email before anything is cut.

WHAT AN ALBATROSS IS

If someone told you they made an albatross and you nodded politely, here it is: an albatross means finishing a hole three strokes under par. It is also called a double eagle. Most people who play golf their whole life never get one.

So if that word came up, it was not a small thing, and they will not have to explain the display to anyone who visits.

WITH PICTURE Your digital photo is UV printed directly onto a clear acrylic panel, raised off the wood on four metal standoffs. Send the photo through Etsy Messages after ordering. A phone photo from the day works — we will tell you before production if the resolution is too low, and you can send another.

SCORECARD HOLDER A clear acrylic panel, cut to the size of your card, held on four removable standoffs. You slide your own original scorecard behind it after delivery. We do not print or copy your scorecard — the real one goes in.

For this option, send us a photo of your scorecard and its width × height in inches. The scorecard in our listing photos shows placement only.

PICTURE + SCORECARD HOLDER — 24" × 24" and 30" × 30" only Both panels on the same display: your photo printed on acrylic, and a second removable acrylic holder for the original scorecard. The larger board is what makes room for both without crowding the hole map. If you want the photo and the card side by side, this is the option.

We email you a digital proof. Nothing is cut until you reply and approve it.

Wood grain and tone shift slightly from board to board, so no two displays come out identical.

You add after delivery: your own golf ball, and your own physical scorecard if you chose that style.

The golf ball is not included and you do not need to mail it to us. It drops into the cradle in a second. The ball and scorecard shown in our photos are for illustration.
