Design 01 - Gift Bow
A holiday present shape topped with a red bow, and three snowy panels below it: the swim across a mountain lake, the bike on a winding road, the run past cabins and pines.
- Medal only - 15 in wide x 10 in high. Name plaque and two rows of medal rails. Room for 40 or more medals.
- Bib + Time board - 15 in wide x 15.5 in high. Adds a metal clip for your race bib and a clear acrylic board for Swim, Bike, Run and Finish times. Room for 40 or more medals.

Design 02 - Snowman - 20 in wide x 12 in high
A smiling snowman whose red scarf becomes the race course, with the swimmer, cyclist and runner on it, a pine forest under falling snow, a quote and your name. A clear acrylic board holds Swim, Bike, Run and Total times. Room for 50 or more medals.

Sizes are the wooden board only. Medals, ribbons and race bibs are not included.

Pick a palette from the Color menu: Original (as shown), Fresh Green, Sunset Terracotta or Coastal Teal. The layers and layout stay the same; only the colors change.

PERSONALIZATION

Name - placed exactly as you type it. Up to about 20 characters reads best.
Quote (optional) - leave it blank and we use the design's own: "Every Start Is a Small Miracle" (Design 01) or "The finish line is just the beginning!" (Design 02).

HOW TO ORDER

1. Pick your design from the Design menu and your palette from the Color menu.
2. Fill in the personalization fields and add to cart.
3. We send a digital proof by email within 1 business day.
4. Approve it, or tell us what to change. We work through the changes with you until you are happy. Nothing is cut until you approve.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Digital proof: within 1 business day of your order
Production: 3–7 business days after you approve the proof
Shipping with tracking: 10–20 business days to the US, 10–25 business days to Canada, the UK and the EU
US shipping: free on every order. Canada, UK and EU: $50 flat.
November–December: allow an extra 7–10 business days for peak-season carrier delays. Full details in our shipping policy.

For Christmas delivery, order by early November for the US and by late October for Canada, the UK and the EU. After that, message us with your date before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.

MATERIAL AND MOUNTING

Layered birch plywood, laser cut, colored, assembled by hand and finished. The board has four pre-drilled holes for metal standoffs that hold it off the wall, so the ribbons pass through the rails freely. Every standoff, plug and a printed step-by-step mounting guide are in the box - no extra hardware to buy.

CARE

Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep out of direct sunlight and damp rooms. Time board: dry-erase marker only.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How many medals does it hold?
Around 40 on the 15 in Gift Bow boards and 50 on the 20 in Snowman, and more if your ribbons are narrow. Hang the ribbon over the rail and keep layering.

I only run. Does it still suit me?
Yes. The scene shows all three legs, and the time board is blank acrylic - write whichever distances you race.

Can I change the scene?
Each design keeps its artwork, layout and medal rails as shown. You can choose a color palette and change the quote.

Can you engrave a race name?
Yes. Type the wording exactly as you want it in the personalization fields and we engrave it as you typed it.
