A custom golf trophy for a hole in one, made from the real thing: his own pin flag behind clear acrylic, the scorecard from that round, the ball on a brass laurel shelf and an engraved brass plaque with his name, the course, the hole and the date.

He has told the story at every family dinner since it happened. This is the award that hangs in the office and tells it for him - the kind of trophy a club, a golf group or a family presents once, for a shot most golfers never make.

WHY IT WORKS AS A TROPHY

Store-bought golf trophies are generic figurines on a base. This one is built from evidence: the flag that was in the hole, the card with the 1 on it, the ball. The engraved plaque turns that into a formal award with the details that matter - course, hole, yardage, club and date.

The flag, the scorecard and the ball are his. They are shown in the photos only for layout, and nothing needs to be mailed to us - he places them behind the panels in a few minutes.

CHOOSE THE OPTIONS

Flag size: Small, 13 in high x 17 in wide, or Large, 14 in high x 20 in wide. Measure the flag fabric, not the frame.
Panels: flag and ball only, add the scorecard, add a photo, or add both.
Orientation: vertical or horizontal.
Backing color: wood, black, brown or green.
Frame finish: black, brown or natural, confirmed with you by message after you order and shown on the proof. If we do not hear back, we build it in black.

ADD THE HOLE ITSELF

For a centerpiece award, we can carve the hole into the backing in layered wood - green, water and bunkers, the way it looked from the tee. It is built for one course and one hole, so it is quoted separately. Message us with the course and hole number before you order and we will send a price and a rough layout.

For indoor display. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from damp rooms.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can a golf club order these for members?
Yes. Order one per member and send each plaque's wording by email. For more than five, message us first so we can confirm the timeline.

We do not know the exact date. Does that matter?
No. Send the year, or leave the line out. We lay the plaque out so the gap does not show.

Does it still work if the ace was years ago?
It works better years later. By then the flag is definitely in a drawer and nobody has done anything with it.

Will my flag fit?
Measure the fabric and pick Small or Large. If the flag is an unusual size, message us before you buy.
