A golf scorecard frame with photo for a hole in one: your original scorecard behind clear acrylic, a photo from the day printed on a second panel, a 3D map of the hole in layered wood and a cradle for the ball.
Three things survive an ace - the card with the number in his handwriting, a photo somebody took on the tee, and the ball. This frame holds all three, and the scorecard is never copied or reprinted: the real card goes behind the panel.
THE SCORECARD PANEL
We cut a clear acrylic panel to the exact height and width of your card and mount it on four removable metal standoffs. After delivery you unscrew the caps, slide the card in and screw them back. The card stays original, readable and easy to take out again.
THE PHOTO PANEL
Your photo is UV printed on clear acrylic and raised off the wood on standoffs, so it floats above the hole map. A phone photo from the day works - we check the file before production and tell you if it is too small to print well.
THE HOLE AND THE BALL
The hole is cut and built up in real wood layers - fairway, green, bunkers and water - from whatever reference you can send: an aerial screenshot, a course map, a hole diagram or a yardage book page. Any course, anywhere. A turned wooden cradle holds a standard golf ball, which sits about two thirds proud of the board. Name, course, hole, yardage, club and date are laser engraved.
SIZES AND PANELS
10x10 and 12x12 in - hole map, engraving and ball cradle (Standard).
16x16 and 20x20 in - Standard, or add the photo panel or the scorecard panel.
24x24 and 30x30 in - any of the above, or both panels together (Picture + Scorecard).
Hanging hardware is included on every size.
PERSONALIZATION
Golfer's name, golf course name, hole number, yardage, club used and date go in the personalization fields. For the scorecard panel, send a photo of the card with its width and height in inches by email after you order. For the photo panel, send or upload the picture you want printed.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose the size and the panels, fill in the engraving details and add to cart.
2. Upload the photo in the Photo field when you order, and email the scorecard measurements by replying to your order confirmation.
3. We send a digital proof in 1-3 business days and work through changes with you.
4. Nothing is cut until you approve.

CARE
For indoor display. Wipe the wood with a soft, dry cloth and the acrylic with a soft cloth only. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight so the card and the photo do not fade.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you print a copy of my scorecard?
No. The panel is cut to your card's measurements and you place the real card behind it.
Which sizes take both the photo and the scorecard?
24x24 and 30x30. On the smaller sizes, choose one panel.
Is the golf ball included?
No. The ball in the photos shows the cradle in use. Yours drops straight in.
The scorecard is creased or signed by the group. Is that a problem?
No. Most are. The panel holds it flat, and the signatures are part of what makes it worth framing.
